My Role:

  • Led multichannel digital and brand marketing strategy and execution for Skip Hop B2C, B2B, and international distribution channels as well as Carters B2B

  • Drove double digit wholesale growth through optimization of brand, & PPC wholesale campaigns across top tier retailers

  • Optimized prospect strategy to acquire a high value audience, with above industry benchmark results in brand lift study

  • Built omnichannel media strategies driving scale, brand awareness, and acquisition, while increasing efficiency of ROAS

  • Spearheaded full re-brand & restructure of skiphop.com refreshing site aesthetic and improving UX and conversion

  • Ownership of 4 budgets totaling $20M+

  • Developed a multi-channel product Go-to-Market strategy to successfully launch 10-12 new products per year.

  • C-Suite visibility through strategy and performance presentations

  • Led a 4-person global marketing team

  • Close collaboration with creative director to develop creative strategy and execution

  • Primary lead for all agency relationships including PR, Influencer, Search, Organic & Paid Social, and Email

  • Managed design, planning, and logistics for International Trade Show Kind & Jugend in Cologne, Germany

  • Created an international brand marketing newsletter sharing insights and brand initiatives with distributors in 90 countries
